This Client Manager/Accounts Senior position which is based in Abingdon, is working for a market leading Accountancy Practice. As the Client Manager, you will be leading and managing a varied portfolio and working with a range companies varying in size and complexity.

Our client are a leading regional Top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants, who pride themselves on the service they provide their clients. They have a significant presence with the local market and provide leading training throughout their several offices across the region.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Client Manager / Accounts Senior, which is based in Oxfordshire are:

  • Consultancy and Advisory work (emerging as part of ongoing professional development)
  • Working directly for the Partners, you will be managing a significant portfolio, building client relationships and providing sound advice.
  • Preparation and/or review of year end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
  • Corporation and income tax computations
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Supporting and training clients in the use of cloud-based software such as QuickBooks and Xero

Profile

For this Client Manager / Accounts Senior position, based in Oxford, our client are searching for candidates who have/are:

  • ACA/ACCA/QBE
  • Have demonstrable experience of working within UK based Accountancy Firms.
  • Bringing a hands on skill set, along with interpersonal skills to support and work with clients effectively.
  • Confident to build rapport with and manage a professional and supportive relationship with clients and other advisers
