Finance Manager (First time mover) - Property Provider - Manchester - £53,000


Your new company
A market-leading property provider based in the heart of Manchester. This business is showing consistent growth currently, its an exciting time to join their team.

Your new role

As Finance Manager you will lead the transactional team which will include; sales ledger, purchase ledger and accounts assistant. You will be involved in statutory accounts, annual budgeting and forecasting and arrear management. Additional responsibilities include; journal reviews and BS rec reviews.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or QBE. You will be a first time mover from practice, looking to transition into industry. Experience of stats and tax is essential , along with management experience. You'll have strong leadership, communication skills and a high attention to detail. A software you should be well familiar with for this job is excel as you will be required to use this on a daily basis. Desirable skills include; having experience of the property sector.
