Job Details

  • Manage and own the management reporting,analysis,and commentary.
  • Provide a timely and complete monthly closing in collaboration with operational teams and accounting department and support the CFO.

Description

  • Deliver required financial guidance to the business by performing cost variance analysis, analysing results and proactively suggesting corrective actions
  • Ensure robust cost control
  • Coordinate strategic objective setting and provide analytic information
  • Give a fair view of trends and forecasts to facilitate business decisions; working in close relation with the CFO.
  • Manage the full Target and re forecast process and contribute to the development of strategic planning and initiatives to improve the performance of the business while minimising risks.
  • Manage and drive the investment decision and authorisation process (evaluation,selection of the investment opportunities, profitability and growth objectives);Deliver the required financial guidance on business projects
  • Manage the Operations Control team; supervise and motivate team members
  • Partner with relevant SLT members for a deep understanding of key business performance drivers

Profile

  • An accountancy professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
