Management Accountant for a fast moving FCMG logistics firm with the opportunity to recruit and develop a new team
Client Details

An impressive modern infrastructure which is undergoing significant investment over the next few years including opening a new site.
Description
- Reporting weekly P&L and costing support
- Supporting the business development team and head of management accounts to support new tenders
- Attend customer meetings as Finance Lead
- Recruit, manage and develop a new team
- Work alongside the commercial lead to support pricing reviews
- Understand a mixture of open and closed book commercial agreements
- Improve efficiency and profitability and develop a relationship with senior operation team
- Provide high quality P&L analysis
- Lead periodic forecasting for the responsible for P&L
- Updating company cash forecasting
Profile
- Fantastic people skills with proven leadership experience
- Commercial experience
- Experienced in account management
- Budget and forecasting preparation
- Able to manage stakeholder expectations
- Confident and clear communicator
- Able to be an integral part of a team as well as offering confident leadership in completing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Not afraid to ask constructive questions and to take initiative within the role
- Someone who is looking to develop and improve procedures
- Logistics experience beneficial but not necessary
