Financial Accountant job in Hampshire working for a global leader paying up to £50k
Your new company
A global leader with a proven track record of success, renowned for their award-winning product design are seeking a Financial Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. Joining the corporate finance team in their Fareham office on a hybrid working basis that accommodates over 100 employees.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the UK and European subsidiaries preparing statutory reports and month end. You will liaise with external auditors whilst provide support for balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations. As new standards come into the market you will support in implementing them into business as usual processes whilst supporting a range of ad-hoc process improvement projects with develop the efficiency of the finance function. You will work within a high performing supportive team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
A recognised accounting qualification (eg. CPA, ACMA or ACCA) OR QBE with strong knowledge of professional accounting principles . You will demonstrate the ability to work effectively independently and with cross functional teams at multiple locations .
