A unique job opportunity with a world class finance function. As part of the growing Commercial Finance team, you will lead from the front with your business partnering, commercial and business skills to drive revenue growth.
Your new role
Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will be taking on a broad role effectively acting as a "Divisional Financial Controller", reporting on business performance combined with budgeting, forecasting and planning activities. You wont be involved in transactional reporting which will allow you to focus most of your efforts on driving business performance, holding your stakeholders to account and challenging back where appropriate. A flexible, hands on approach is key for success in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification, you should be able to evidence a clear, strong level of progression combined with a strong academic record. Experience within a larger, fast moving business would be a clear advantage combined with examples of working in a deadline driven and highly commercial environment. This role will be a challenge but it offers a rewarding career path and the potential to become a future head of finance. In addition to the above, you should have very strong system skills.
