Your new role
An interim Finance Business Partner / FP&A role, supporting the marketing team and senior management.
You will deliver quality MI, including budgets, forecasts and long term plans. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and impact key decisions. This will include producing models to project long term growth, working with key stakeholders to develop the annual plan, accounting for factors that will impact future performance. Evaluating previous budgets and collaborating with relevant departments to build their annual budgets & forecasts. Communicating plans & recommendations to senior leadership, validating assumptions & key drivers to support the forecasts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with experience of a genuine FBP or FP&A role, in a fast moving business. You will be highly IT literate, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working closely with budget holders.
