Funding Specialist - £35-45k - Hybrid
Your new company
You will be working for a large national housing association based in the west midlands.
Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting with a £1.3 billion funding book, across 19 funders with separate credit processes. An understanding of debt is key as you will manage funding documents, processes, and partnering in transformation changes, whilst ensuring the database is up to date and in line with funding.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an understanding of funding with knowledge of compliance and treasury. You will ideally have systems experience and be comfortable managing documents and large databases. A Key understanding of debt is essential whilst being able to work collaboratively across departments in the business.
