Finance Manager Bicester £55,000 - £65,000 + 10-20% bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join an engineering company specialising in propulsion motors for electric vehicle.

Your new role

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare statutory reporting for half year and full year
• Prepare group consolidation
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
• Liaise with external advisors to coordinate the preparation of corporation tax computations and R&D tax credit claims
• Monitor capex project spend and timelines
• Liaise with Netherlands office, subsidiary reporting
• Liaise with auditors and co-ordinate timely preparation and submission of statutory financial statements

What you'll need to succeed

To be the successful candidate, you will need:

• Practice trained from large practice
• Qualified ACA or ACCA
• Experience with Statutory Accounts / Audit from Listed Companies
• Experience reporting to IFRS
