Your new company

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role focused on the businesses real estate portfolio with key duties and responsibilities including:
- Financial Analysis, long range planning and budgeting focused on supporting strategic real estate decisions.
- Stakeholder management globally focused on location strategy.
- Modelling and scenario analysis.
- Capital and lease approvals for real estate
- Cost allocation process development and review
- Ad Hoc FP&A processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience in an international organisation with an emphasis on real estate strategy. You will need excellent stakeholder management and strong financial modelling skills. SAP system experience would be beneficial.
