Your new role

Reporting to the CFO you will manage a team of 4, taking responsibility for all financial and accounting activities of the region including month end processes, compliance and managing external accountants. You will business partner with the EMEA and US teams and lead the budgeting and forecasting for the region. This hands on role has an initial focus on process and controls, delivering improvements and efficiencies, before then growing and developing into a wider role with significantly more responsibility.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with excellent management skills, who can motivate a team and has previously successfully ran finance transformation projects. You will be hands on, technically proficient and able to communicate and build relationships across a business. You will relish a challenge and display grit and determination to deliver!
