- A wide ranging financial reporting role within a FTSE 250 business
- Working alongside multiple internal stakeholders
Client Details
A fast growing FTSE 250 Oil & Gas business with operations in the UK and overseas. Throughout the last 5 years they have grown exponentially organically and through a series of acquisitions.
Description
- Contribute to the preparation of full and half year group reporting
- Deliver UK and International statutory and branch accounts for non-Business Unit entities
- Work alongside the tax team to provide the relevant pre-tax reports required for tax computations
- Ensure compliance with accounting GAAP, policies and procedures, technical accounting manual and external regulatory requirements
- Liaise with external auditors as appropriate
- Contribute to maintenance of financial reporting system and master data structure in finance ledger system
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) from a top-tier accountancy practice
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Knowledge and/or an interest in the oil and gas industry would be advantageous
- Experience of using financial systems
Job Offer
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office
- Bonus up to 30%
- 20% employer pension based on 5% contribution
- £900pa cash allowance
