About the Team

Our SAP Cloud Capability team specialises in helping large-scale organisations navigate challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on S/4 HANA and CFIN solutions. We are a 30 strong diverse team with an entrepreneurial spirit.

The role 

We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to join our SAP capability, as a Senior Manager. Applicants of this role should have hands-on knowledge in SAP Security and Controls implementations. 

As Senior Manager, you will be managing engagements and will be responsible for designing and developing ways to automate and reimagine controls. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Proactively assisting in the management of a client, reporting to Director Level

• Assisting in the management and control of client engagements

• Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients

• Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team

• Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

• Train, coach, and supervise team members

• Leadership and Functional Consulting within SAP Finance projects around Security and Controls

The essentials

• Experience in SAP Controls and Security/SAP GRC

• Central Finance (CFIN) Knowledge & Implementation desirable

• Team Lead experience of between 2-4 people

• Previous experience from a top consulting firm

• Proven stakeholder management and relationship building

• Experience working with offshore teams
