Head of Finance Business Partnering

Due to the organisation exciting growth we’re looking for an engaging finance professional with strong leadership skills to join our client as Head of Finance Business Partnering a new role within the Finance team. We need somebody who can transform this part of finance from a relatively transactional Management Accounting function to a service that is embedded in the organisation, adding value to our strategic plans.

This is a key post that will work with our different business departments, providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy. The role will provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making and lead the Finance Business Partnering function.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified and able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a leadership role Experience of business partnering at a senior level Excellent analytical, communication, financial modelling and Excel skills
