An exciting technology company in the West London area are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. This organisation has a sociable, warm atmosphere that would suit someone that enjoys working in a team. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to progress and develop as well as having autonomy and ownership. A professional smart office with excellent transport links and parking, offering flexible hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.

Your new role
Reporting to a passionate, supportive Head of Finance, you will be given scope to develop in the role. Duties will include leading a small group responsible for months end by setting goals and performance reviews, as well as taking a lead in the audit process at year end. You'll also business partner the finance team and produce key management reports. You will have the autonomy to improve and streamline processes in your area.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACCA or ACA qualified accountant with suitable experience in advanced analysis (including a system such as SAP and Excel) and external audit planning with a desire to show continuous improvement in your work. You will need to be able to work in a team, hence good communication skills, as well as the ability to work on your own where required.
