Job Details
The primary purpose of the position is to assist the Group Financial Controller in all aspects of producing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial records and reports for both internal and external reporting for both Investors and other stakeholders.

Description
* Responsible for the preparation and submission of the monthly accounts, including journal preparation and posting
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Control of balance sheets and supporting reconciliations
* Manage Transactional accounting team
* Point of contact for queries and approval from team
* Identify systems and control improvements
* Experienced in supporting company audit
* Overview of PAYE / VAT
* Other adhoc projects and duties required by the organisation where required
Profile
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified accountant with several year's experience of working within a finance department and Private Equity environment is desirable
* Experience of accounting software packages including NetSuite
* Experienced with using Excel
* Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team remotely
* Driven and ambitious individual
* Strong communicator, with the ability and develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
