Please contact us in complete confidence if you would like more details regarding a direct entry Audit Partner opportunity we are handling for a UK Top 50 firm in London, which has arisen via succession planning. The firm has also enjoyed sustained organic growth over the last few years and is offering an unblocked and fast-track route to equity status. The firm supports a fee income of £18m (with average partner fee income of circa £1m), with a clientele comprising a wide variety of multi-sector SME clients and major global groups. As a RI, you would inherit a client portfolio which would be moulded to suit your skills and preferences, whilst being actively involved in staff management, strategy, 'special' projects and business development. The role is paying up to £145,000 + bens as a fixed share partner which quickly increments via a points system as you progress into equity.
You will be (A)CA/CPA/ACCA qualified, with a post-qualified track record in audit gained with a UK firm of accountants, and looking for an authentic route to equity status within a prestigious medium sized City firm.
