Top 20 Accounts Senior / Supervisor

Are you an ACA or ACCA qualified Accounts Senior / Business Services Senior or Supervisor with strong statutory accounts and management accounts experience, looking to upgrade to a large Top 20 international accountancy practice firm based in a great City location? Based in a team which works on a wide variety of clients, including Retailers, Fashion Brands, FCA regulated companies, Technology and Creative clients, your role will be varied, enjoyable and challenging. The role is hands on and also includes a large advisory element. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, the production of both statutory accounts and management accounts, as well as Vat returns, Tax returns, cash flows, financial forecasting and other ad hoc accounts duties. The firm allows flexible working / hybrid working and allows staff to work two days a week from home with three days a week spent in the office. The firm has had great success over the years with candidates currently working for a practice firm based outside of London who are looking to relocate and upgrade to a London based firm.

To be considered for this new role (August 2022) it is likely you will be a qualified ACCA or ACA, either newly qualified or with up to three years post qualification experience. If you have PQE the firm is happy to consider candidates who can operate at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level. It is likely you will be an Accounts Senior or Business Services Senior currently working in a good quality practice firm, looking to upgrade to a larger firm and utilise your statutory accounts and management accounts experience. Your current role must include the preparation of both management accounts and statutory accounts, as well as the preparation and review of VAT returns and Tax returns. It would be an advantage if you had experience of a wide range of software packages including Xero, Sage and Quickbooks. It is also vital that you are well presented, well spoken, can work to tight deadlines and are professional as this is a client facing position.
