Your new role
This is a compelling Biotech company, that is on a mission to create a healthier future for patients with life-threatening diseases, they are looking for a candidate with great reporting and analytical skills, to join them during an exciting period of growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring multinational accounting teams
• Personally, doing all of the transnational accounting for 5 entities
• Work closely and collaboratively with the CFO and senior management and owners of the business, providing robust challenge, insight and support
• Professionalising the accounting function, including the hiring of new employees, and systems upgrade/automation as appropriate.
• Implementing a new ERP system

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with a practice-trained background looking to make either your second or third move in industry. Any sector experience in manufacturing, heavy industries, or Biotech experience is desirable. You will have strong financial accounting and reporting skills with a passion for being hands-on in your approach. You will need excellent communication skills and be capable of building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
