Permanent Finance Manager job in Perth, Salary £45,000 + hybrid working, 30 days holiday & private medical

Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of their established & growing client for a full time permanent Finance Manager to join their small & busy office in Perth. This role offers hybrid working, a half day on a Friday, private medical, 30 days annual leave and a competitive salary up to £45,000.
Your new role
Reporting into the UK Head of Finance, you will be in charge of the end to end Accounts process for the Perth site. This will include both Senior Finance responsibilities & transactional finance responsibilities. You will complete monthly management accounting including variance analysis, budgeting & forecasting, sales & margin analysis & statutory accounting. You will also complete VAT, process journals, fixed asset and deal with purchase ledger & sales ledger.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified or qualified by experience Accountant who is confident in working in a stand alone Finance position in Perth, while having the support of a UK Head of Finance from a Group perspective. You will be competent and comfortable completing Management & Financial Accounting along with transactional accounting. You will be a relationship builder with excellent communication skills, strong IT skills & work well within a multi-functioning team.
