Job Details

Based in Milton Keynes, this Financial Controller will have ownership of the FP&A function in the business.

You will also be heavily involved in maintaining the finance function, working towards improvements, and also be heavily involved in business partnering.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Financial Controller include:

  • Ownership of the FP&A function for the UK business - forecasting, budgeting, month end reporting & analysis
  • Maintaining reporting tools & driving ongoing enhancements & improvements through automation and systems
  • Business Partnering
  • Managing a small team
  • Owning & maintaining strategy across functions & departments

Profile

The successful Financial Controller will be:

  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
  • ERP system knowledge & experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • FMCG/Food industry or manufacturing experience desirable
  • Experienced in business partnering
  • Great communicator
  • Skilled at relationship building
  • Able to engage & influence at all levels, especially senior level

Job Offer

On offer the the successful Financial Controller is:

  • £67-68k salary, dependent on experience
  • £5k car allowance
  • 5% bonus

  • 1-2 days a week working from home
