This is a great opportunity for a Finance Manager to work with a Charity that is based across the South West. The organisation is undergoing a significant strategic review and the Finance Manager will be working closely with the Head of Finance in delivering changes across the organisation.

The organisation has gone through significant growth in the last five years and is seeking to expand its charitable operations, this will require an experienced Finance Manager to support this change.

Description

As the Finance Manager your responsibilities include:

    Taking the lead all aspects of Finance: Statutory Accounts; Monthly Management Accounts; Cash Flow; Controls, Policies, and Procedures; Financial Compliance and Appraisal; Finance Training; Business Partnering and working with the Senior Management Team. Manage the Budgeting process in an efficient and consultative manner and deliver the operational budgets on time, presenting this to managers or committees as required. Working with Heads of Services to ensure effective Budgetary Management. Leading the organisation across all financial matters

Profile

To be a successful candidate you'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) ideally with experience working in a not-for-profit organisation.

You will need to have good all-round accounting skills and be able to produce high quality year-end and Management Accounts. You'll be leading on the organisations budgeting and forecasting process. Excellent communication skills are a must, and you should be able to effectively partner with a wide range of senior financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Job Offer

£40,000-£45,000, remote working, 27 days annual leave and 10% pension
