Your new firm
A well established regional firm of Chartered Accountants based across Merseyside are looking to recruit a commercially astute Chartered Accountant to join the team as an Audit Senior Manager or an RI. An opportunity has arisen with the firm's management structure and for the right individual this role offers path to partnership.
Your new role
As an Audit Senior Manager you will be allocated a portfolio of clients predominantly consisting of OMB businesses, group structures and international businesses. For this portfolio you will oversee the teams delivery of the compliance services which will be a mix of audit and accounting work. You will be responsible for reviewing the audit files, leading audit completion meetings and have involvement in preparing tender documents and pitching for new business. As your portfolio grows there is scope to gain your RI status and progress through to partnership.
What you'll need to succeed
The partners are looking to appoint a progressive and commercially astute Senior Manager who can demonstrate a proven track record of managing a portfolio of OMB clients and also regular involvement in the BD and growth strategy of their firm. You must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent client service and also mentoring other audit professionals. RI status isn't required for the role but would be desirable.
