Michael Page are partnering exclusively with a high growth SME based in Bracknell. The business is experience high growth over the past 2 years and now require an experienced Finance Director to support the business within the next phase of it's life-cycle.

Client Details

Based in their head office in Bracknell, our client are a high growth SME and a family run organisation, due to the improved market conditions, the organisation has rapidly increased it's headcount across multiple functions and are now looking for a strategic Finance Director to help guide and manipulate their short and long term strategic goals.

Description

The responsibilities of the Finance Director will vary over time however, the successful candidate will manage a team of 3 including a highly ambitious Finance Manager that runs the day to day accounts team. The Finance Director will produce and communicate the monthly board packs to the owners and investors and will attend monthly meetings with the senior leadership team. The Finance Director will also oversee all commercial duties due to have no FP&A support so the role will be extremely hands on alongside guiding the strategic finance direction.

Profile

The successful candidate will be an experience senior finance professional that is keen to get stuck in to a varied Finance Director role. Responsibilities will change rapidly so the role would suit someone that has the ability to adapt. The successful candidate will be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience and would ideally have some private equity experience.

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is the opportunity to join a high growth company at an early stage so the strategies and processes you put in place will have a genuine impact on the growth trajectory of the business. The successful candidate would receive a base salary of between £80,000 - £100,000 including benefits. This role would allow someone to gain a large amount of experience within a strategic Finance Director role.
