Your new company
Your new job will be at a Global US listed organisation based close to Weybridge, Surrey. With plans to double over the next 3 years, they will be looking for you take on a team Manager role.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director, your role will focus on several key areas to drive business performance and growth for the division. You will take responsibility for a small team of analysts who report and drive data flows as well as reporting. You'll support their development to help them grow/progress. Alongside your Leadership, you'll work closely with the Head of Finance to drive business performance, business partnering closely with Operations, Sales and Marketing, challenging the norm and identifying both risks and opportunities in current performance. You will have full ownership of the budget and forecast, drive strategy (both mid and long term) for the European business as well as work on process improvement projects and system change to ensure the function continues to develop as the business expands. This is a broad role where you'll need to analyse, disseminate and convey complex financials to both finance and non-finance in a fast paced and changing environment!

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS/CA/equivalent) and significant post qualified experience, you should be able to evidence a high level of commercial finance ability combined with strong leadership skills. You should have knowledge of ERP systems and analysis tools (including advanced Excel) and be confident reporting with large volumes of data. A confident communication style is key alongside a forward looking "challenge the norm" approach. Whilst industry experience isn't as important, exposure to a product (FMCG, manufacturing) would be desirable.
