AUDIT PARTNER (route to full equity)

The role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and the partners operate a highly personalised and flexible working culture, also with hybrid working. The firm is an independent medium sized practice supporting a fee income of circa £11m (and average fees per partner in excess of £900,000), with a wide variety of multi-sector corporate and also not-for-profit clients. Corporate clients include a number of high growth global SMEs and substantial private companies and groups as well as smaller entrepreneurial businesses. You would inherit a diverse client portfolio which would be moulded to suit your skills and preferences, whilst being actively involved in strategy, staff management and business development.

Due to a pending Partner retirement, there is no minimum timescale within which full equity partnership can be attained. You may be an existing Audit Director seeking your first partnership opportunity, or an existing Partner seeking an authentic path to full equity status. You will be (A)CA or ACCA qualified, and ideally have RI status, with relevant external audit based client service experience which must have been gained within a UK practice firm.
