Finance Manager job, Guildford Surrey paying up to £70k + Bonus + Benefits

Your new company
Your new job will be at fast growing organisation who have ambitions to double in size over the next 18 months.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be taking on a broad role encompassing team leadership; management, training and development. You'll take responsibility of managing several companies with the group including monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, year end and supporting the audit process. You'll also provide sound commercial advice to the leadership team within the business units, identifying risks and opportunities whilst ensuring a high level of financial compliance. This is a broad role with a great balance of technical and commercial activities!

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualifications, you should be able to demonstrate a broad level of finance skills ideally within a medium sized or large organisation, (£50m t/o +). Confidence managing, developing a small finance team is essential alongside business partnering Exec level.
