Management Accountant Job - International Logistics Company - Hounslow - £55,000 per year
Your new company
A highly experienced global supply chain and logistics company are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their finance team. They have experienced large scale growth in profit and head count recently, with the business operating in multiple continents. Based out of open, recently refurbished offices in Hounslow, you will be have the chance to guide the next stage of the company's development.
Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Controller, you will assist management in decision-making via effective reporting, planning, analysis, and control. You will be in control of complex reconciliations, monthly P&L reporting, and budgeting for multiple departments. You will need to be confident analysing variances and budgets vs actuals. There will also be KPI reporting, costing and profitability analysis and ad hoc duties to support the day to day running of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a newly qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), qualified or qualified by experience. You will bring experience from a relevant company or industry, in a similar role. You will be a strong communicator with stakeholders of all levels, and confident on Excel. You must have experience improving processes, and live within a one hour commute of Hounslow.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary of around £55,000 depending on experience. You will be based in the office 5 days per week, but there is flex on start/ finish time. You will receive a generous holiday allowance and pension contribution.
