Your new role
Supporting the MD and Head of Finance to ensure consistent growth and profitability this is a pivotal role within the company and your responsibilities would include:

• Topline commercial and strategic support
• Oversee financial reporting of management accounts, production accounts, and annual stat accounts under UK GAAP
• Prepare forecasts and monthly reports
• Own the bid management financial control
• Responsibility for production accounting, from bidding through to close
• Manage payroll process, tax and VAT
• Coach, develop and support the core finance team with 2 direct reports
• Ad-hoc projects and roles as required

What you'll need to succeed
As an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE, you will have expert knowledge of the production sector and will have the ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment. You will pair a strong technical understanding with strategic vision and an eye for detail.
