This national organisation are also one of the Midlands largest employers. They have 2 interim vacancies for Finance Business Partners in their Coventry head office.

Your new role
These positions will provide analytical support to the senior team, supporting a range of financial and non-financial stakeholders. The provision of incisive financial analysis will help to inform key decisions and shine a light on current and pending issues and opportunities so that they can increase the speed of their response and improve overall understanding of the area, and key drivers of successful delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
These roles will require experienced and hands on finance analysts, ideally from a large, complex business. You will need to be a very credible stakeholder manager with strong reporting, analysis and information gathering skills. They are looking to create a suite of reporting that is fit for purpose, so the ability to wade through complex information to get to the point is essential.

What you'll get in return
These roles are likely to be 6-9 months in duration, possibly longer and will be office based in Coventry for 3 days per week to enable you to build effective stakeholder relations quickly. They are hiring on a Fixed Term Contract basis and the guide is £70,000 + Benefits, although there may be some flexibility for the perfect candidate.
