Assistant Accountant

12 month FTC Assistant Accountant Job (£30,000 - £35,000 per annum)

Your new company
An established organisation based in Gravesend, Kent. The Accounts Assistant role is a 12 month FTC to provide maternity cover. The position will sit within the finance department, and is currently fully remote. This is subject to change at some point in the future, but will change to, at most, a hybrid plan with 2 days in the office per week.

Your new role
You will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for assisting the financial controller with various things within the business such as management accounts, cashflow, year-end audits and budgets, etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be studying or have achieved a professional accountancy qualification. You will have some experience within a similar role, with good IT skills.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
