A varied and multi-faceted role requiring leadership of the UK finance team, business partnering to the UK General Manager and support to the CFO

Description

  • Managing a Finance Team of 3 staff
  • Own the reporting of UK financial performance
  • Deliver high quality, timely, incisive Management Information for UK and Group
  • Continually develop Management Information to drive understanding of performance
  • Group Cash management process
  • Financial Controls
  • Audit
  • Own the UK financial budget process
  • Commercial suppourt with the Sales team

Profile

  • 5+ years experience in a commercial finance role
  • Able to demonstrate a portfolio of tools that have provided valuable business insight
  • Proven ability to articulate business performance
  • Experienced user of IT software and reporting tools to make sense of complex data
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Understand manufacturing processes and impact on performance, profit and cash

Salary up to £70,000 plus benefits
