Your new company
Are a global leader in market research, technology and data providing their services to a worldwide client base. Providing insights to international businesses looking to expand internationally, their software is well and truly market leading and the company are looking to grow rapidly through organic growth and M&A.
Your new role
Due to recent growth, this company is now looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller. Responsibilities will include:
- Consolidation of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and own monthly reporting
- Complete monthly reconciliations
- Build financial processes, controls and implement new systems
- Oversee day-to-day control of Group
- Provide strategic direction to the Group CFO and board
- Assist with Group forecasting, budgeting and business plans
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with proven experience within a SaaS business. You will possess strong commercial and business awareness paired with excellent presentation and communication skills. A strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and an inherent problem-solving skill is desirable. Strong understanding of UK and US GAAP is pivotal.
