Permanent Finance Business Partner role for this not for profit business based here in Bristol
Your new company
This customer focused, not for profit have the aim of changing peoples lives and have recently restructured their finance team. As a result, are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director and forming part of the Senior Finance team, they are looking for a commercially focused business partner to deliver a high quality function, supporting the business and all internal stakeholders. You will be:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and reports to be delivered to the board and senior leadership team.
- Produce year end statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors
- Support the Finance Director with managing the team, helping to support on standards and KPIs.
- Outwardly facing the business, training on financial topics and explain variances.
- Budget management and looking across the business on ways they can improve efficiencies.
What you'll need to succeed
The business would consider someone that is part qualified or qualified by experience. You should have demonstrable experience in preparing monthly management accounts. Mostly importantly you will be a strong communicator, liaising with people from around the business, having strong IT skills and be analytical.
