This SME manufacturing business has an innovative, technology led product, with an International wholesale customer base spanning local SMEs to other multinational conglomerates. With an appetite to keep on growing they are well positioned in the market to capitalise on their existing client base, and continue building out the finance team on this journey.

Your new role

Supporting the CFO, Founder and senior management team, you will be the key point of contact to provide useful financial information to the various stakeholders. You'll lead a small finance team who will support you in the production of management accounts, financial reporting, cash flow management and FP&A. This is a hands-on, broad finance role that will provide a variety of challenges on a day-to-day basis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification and have a good technical accounting knowledge. Ideally having trained in Practice preparing accounts alongside some audit, this could be a great opportunity for your first or second in house move. You will have a strong analytical skill set to interpret financial data and product profitability, alongside the communication skills to articulate this information to key stakeholders. A savviness around accounting systems and an ability to lead a team are also key.
