About Enterprises and Enterprise Business Applications
The Enterprises business unit will be leading the drive for growth and innovation across Risk, and enabling areas identified from within our business to have the space and breadth to rapidly scale. The purpose of our new BU is to incubate and scale some of our propositions and services to accelerate and supercharge their growth, as well as providing us with a place to develop some of our new solutions for the future.
We are currently made up of 3 key areas, PwC Sustainability, Enterprises Business Applications and Marketing & Media.
Our Enterprises Business Applications (EBA) is a rapidly growing team offering a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change. The team specialises in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate complex and challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions. Our Microsoft team excels in de-risking these complex programmes and helping our clients to achieve their desired programme outcomes.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will support client transformation programmes to ensure that delivery is planned, tracked, and executed. This will involve:
Taking responsibility for all aspects of delivery for the project including planning, scope agreement, team management and client engagement
Supporting the management of key programme governance forums and activities.
Planning and prioritisation of delivery activities to control scope, schedule, and costs.
Resource planning with blended teams that include clients, contractors, system integrators, and PwC staff.
Tracking costs against programme/project budget
Summarising and presenting key programme reporting in a coherent manner which is understood across the programme workstreams and stakeholders.
Facilitating the effective flow of information through the governance structure.
Working with different workstreams leads to drive clarity on delivery expectations.
Person Specification
Significant experience in leading, planning and delivering digital and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O programme transformations.
Experience of managing and communicating with stakeholders across client, third party and internal teams.
Experience of project planning, preferably using Microsoft Project or other planning tools
Experience of financial planning and tracking for a project or programme.
Ability to delegate and oversee work of project teams including third parties.
Experience of communicating to delivery teams to drive alignment on processes and standards.
Ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity in pragmatic way
High level of attention to detail and driving the team to deliver to a high standard
Qualified in project/programme management (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile or Managing Successful Programmes).
