Description

Interim Head of Shared Service Centre

We are seeking a head of finance shared service to lead our client's business accounting function and manage a substantial finance team.

Alongside the BAU team leadership, you will partner with the organisations senior leadership as they embark upon the next phase of growth.

You will be tasked with creating a best in class back office finance function, that will be future proofed.

You will be able to both grow and mentor the team culturally and technically from a systems and best practice piece.

This is a full time role, 2 days per week onsite in our clients office near Abingdon.

Profile

You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a previous track record of managing and transforming large teams within fast growing organisations. You will have experience leading a large Shared Service Centre/ Centre of Excellence with demonstrable experience of transformation and embedding best practice.

Job Offer

Offered on a competitive daily rate, inside IR35, for a 6 month contract.
