Year End Accountant - 3 months FTC - up to £65,000 Annual Equivalent Near Bromley - Hybrid working

Your new company
This is a great opportunity for a accomplished interim FC / Year End Accountant to support my client in the training sector on a 3 month contract basis.

Your new role
Will be to develop a financial accounting process for the group for year end (31 July 22). And all related documentation to a professional audit standard, in accordance with best practice (Accounting Standard, SORP, Companies Act). To work with the existing team to produce a year end audit file for each company. To advise on improvements to and maintain all necessary financial controls, systems and processes to ensure the effective management of the groups finances whilst sustaining compliance with statutory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to possess a formal accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA and a working knowledge of Sage. This will be a very hands of role therefore previous direct responsibility for statutory and management accounts is essential along with advanced business partnering and people skills. Knowledge of Charity Finance or SORP accounting, alongside experience of government funding and work-based learning would be desirable.

What you'll get in return
This is a full-time 3 month Fixed Term Contract position based on an annual equivalent salary of c£65,000 DOE. Flexible working is available 2 days per week.
