Finance Manager - 3 or 4 days WFH pw

Your new company
You will be joining a global leading organisation within their industry, who have recently gone through some significant changes and due to this have a requirement for a Finance Manager within a division of their finance department.

Your new role
Your team is key to developing and maintaining a strong control environment to ensure financial statements including the balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow statements are accurately and timely reported to key stakeholders and the Group Board of Directors.

You will manage cost centre P&L and balance sheet items for the Global Functions, e.g. HR, Finance, Legal etc. Delivery of historic & forward-looking management information, to understand performance drivers and trends.

You will support the Head of Functions, providing insightful financial information and analysis to ensure the overhead costs are managed within budget constraints and support and decision making. Building up a strong rapport with the functions and their team is crucial to success in the role as is gaining their trust. Proactive research into the commercial drivers will be required to ensure successful articulation of analysis to support the business.

On offer is a hybrid working policy of 3 or 4 days working from home and 1 or 2 days in the office based in Norwich.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) but this is NOT essential, we will consider qualified by experience as well. It is however essential that you are a systems orientated accountant, show signs of being highly organised and time efficient, and have a strong personality to be able to challenge the Head of Functions on key decisions.

What you'll get in return
On offer is a salary between £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus free healthcare, 33 days holiday, 5% pension and hybrid/flexible working.
