I m delighted to be working with a high growth technology business going through a very exciting period that are currently seeking to appoint a FP&A Analyst.

Client Details

This is a true 'Value-add' role in which the successful person will be ensuring the forecasts reflect a true picture of the business and reporting directly into the Finance Director.

Description

  • Work with BI tool (Tableau) to design and provide insightful and actionable business analysis to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Optimising and preparing operational and strategic plans for individual departments and the wider organisation.
  • Building and reporting on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget / forecast.
  • Provide financial analysis, commentary and challenge of metrics including both financial and non-finance KPI performance.
  • Creation and ownership of financial models, including 5-year strategic plan, to predict growth and forecast performance, with appropriate scenarios.
  • Analysing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
  • Developing and maintaining cash forecasts, including use of financing structures such as debt and equity when appropriate; prediction of costs on a look-forward basis.

Profile

  • Experienced Finance professional, with a good foundation of financial management with relevant accounting qualifications (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or similar)
  • Experience with Tableau is highly desirable. If not, this person need to have a real aptitude for understanding and working with BI tools.
  • Significant analysis experience, attention to detail and focus on adding value to reported data
  • Questioning and challenging mind with creative and innovative approach to analysis, metrics and KPIs with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to summarise and bring clarity to reported data in a fast past and dynamic environment

Job Offer
