Finance Manager Opportunity near Colchester, Essex £45,000 to £55,000 fast growing business

Your new company
A highly successful privately owned manufacturing group with offices near Colchester, Essex are looking to recruit a talented Finance Manager to lead finance for the business and provide insightful management information to support business growth and expansion.

Your new role
Reporting into the Managing Director of a highly successful group the Finance Manager will manage the day to day finance function with a team of three, assist in the review and development of processes, controls, IT systems and work closely with the operational management team and board to provide insightful and timely management information and analysis to support business decisions, new business opportunities and growth, UK and international.

What you'll need to succeed
The Finance Manager will have broad accounting experience, a good eye for detail, strong analytical & IT skills and be a confident communicator able to liaise and influence at all levels.
