Your new role
As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be directly responsible for establishing and building client relationships whilst assisting with targeting and tendering activities as part of the firm's growth agenda.

You will also be responsible for planning and project managing a portfolio of audit clients in the private enterprise sector, budgeting and monitoring the performance of an audit department focusing on profitability. Furthermore, you will take an active role in leading and motivating an audit department, whilst also coaching and mentoring juniors towards success.

In this role you will report directly to the audit partner group, audit committee and management, driving new ways to differentiate the firm and bringing new and innovative ideas to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a fully qualified (CA or ACA), exceptional individual who is commercially focused with strong technical skills. You should also be completely fluid with both UK regulations and IFRS and have an impeccable attention to detail. You should also display confident interpersonal and communication skills and be able to develop strong, long lasting professional relationships.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) as well as a range of company benefits including but not limited to: 25 days annual holiday, private medical insurance and life assurance of 4X salary.
