Permanent Finance manager role, in Shrewsbury, £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Your new company
Hays are working exclusively with this great business based in Shrewsbury who have an excellent local brand and provide a fast and efficient service to their customers. Established for over 20 years this company have a settled accounts team and are now looking for a Finance Manger in this newly created role.
Your new role
The job of the Finance Manger will be a varied one; it involves, full responsibility of producing the monthly management accounts including profit and loss and balance sheet, preparation of the annual budget, closing accounts on a monthly basis, month end routines, assisting with forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis and supervising a small finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, although candidates who are qualified by experience with good staff management skills will also be considered.
