Your new role
A Finance Manager role, reporting to the Managing Director and leading a small team of staff. You will be responsible for all day to day finance for a portfolio of commercial properties. This will include the delivery of monthly management accounts, budgets & variance analysis, year end accounts, VAT returns, Cash Flow forecasting and assisting with the raising of finance. You will also support the commercial decision making process and help with strategic decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with extensive hands on experience of accounts preparation and analysis in an SME environment. You will be confident leading and directing a small team of staff and be highly IT literate.
