This leading firm of chartered accountants is looking to bring in a new accounts and audit senior into their Oswestry office. Long established in the Oswestry area, this renowned practice offers a range of both audit and accounts services to a sector agnostic mix of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships, priding themselves on an excellent service. This incredible opportunity has arisen through an extended period of company growth and offers excellent progression in a friendly and diverse team.
Your new role
As an accounts and audit senior, you will hit the ground running with the end to end accounts prep for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships, supporting your managers as well as playing an active role in the development and training of junior members of staff. With this role, audit experience is not required however the ideal candidate will be willing to learn audits and develop this skill set.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a fully qualified accountant with strong previous experience preparing limited company accounts. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running as well as have a strong desire to progress their career. The ideal candidate will be confident and personable, able to develop strong professional relationships quickly as this is a client facing role.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 as well as a range of company benefits including: 8% pension, retail discounts, death in service cover, and sickness insurance package. You will also be offered excellent progression through to both manager and partner as the firm operates within a 'grow your own' culture.
