Finance Performance Team Lead, £45,000 - £50,000, Peterborough, Permanent, Full Time with 90% Hybrid Working

Your new company
You will be working for a well-established organisation in Central Peterborough who provide excellent services that you are sure to be enthused and passionate about. This Finance Performance Team Leader role is similar to a Finance Manager position and is available on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role
Reporting to a Director within the organisation, your role will sit within the Finance and Planning team and will be heavily focused around ensuring the smooth running of the planning, budgeting and income management processes. This will include stakeholder management and elements of partnering with others, including those from non-finance backgrounds.

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires an Accountant with excellent financial management experience who can deliver with good experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Good interpersonal skills will be required for the business partnering elements of this role, and proven experience of working in a complex organisation would be a bonus. This role is open to fully-qualified, part-qualified and QBE Accountants.

What you'll get in return
In return, there is a strong benefits package on offer which includes a c. £45,000 - £50,000 salary (dependent on experience), 25 days holiday + 12 extra days in public holidays and privilege leave, an excellent range of benefits and hybrid working, with only 1 - 2 days per month required in the office.
