Finance Manager - Global Business | Swindon - Hybrid | Package up to £60K

Your new role
You'll be joining a market leading global organisation with operations based in Swindon in a key operational role managing a high performing and friendly finance team (qualified & part qualified), managing month end reporting, and improving reporting processes across the team.

This is a hands-on position and will also include project work including the development of reconciliation solutions and transforming monthly reporting and consolidation processes to a digital solution from Excel.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience in a similar monthly/quarterly reporting focused role and the ability to manage and lead a varied team - it'd be excellent if you had experience with UK & US GAAP and are proficient in MS Dynamics AX.

The business operates a hybrid working policy and aim to be present in the office with the rest of the team 3 days per week, with 2 days per week on average working remotely.
