Your new company
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a UK based property company, part of a large international Family Office organisation. This company has offices in Central London and are looking to add to this key new role to their finance team, reporting to the Head of Property.

Your new role
This is a varied and busy role where you will be responsible for the management of all property finances of the business whilst working in a small finance team. Your role will encompass all internal reporting and internal accounting, preparing all group quarterly and year-end financial statements, financial planning and analysis, presentations to the board, management of all tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting and audit management. Another key aspect of the role is working closely with the teams across the business including stakeholders in the property and real estate teams.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant, ideally with an ACA Qualification and experience working in industry with Property Management or Family Office companies. You will be confident communication with all levels across the business and be looking for a challenging new role to grow with the business.
