Finance Analyst - £40-50k - Hybrid
Your new company
You will be working for one of the largest housing associations covering the UK.
Your new role
You will be an experienced Finance Analyst, ideally with a background in development and investment finance. Knowledge of the property market would be adventitious. You will be assessing the financial and commercial risks of new investments and mitigations. You will be delivering projects and have experience in managing stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with ideally an understanding of the property market. You will be confident dealing with stakeholders and have excellent analytical skills. You will need a proven track record of delivering projects and be able to implement solutions.
