Your new role
Reporting into the CFO this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Development of global finance function
• Due Diligence on potential acquisition and post acquisition integration
• Create solutions for new country operations, new sectors and new products
• Drive improvement processes and efficiencies
• Enhance operational cashflow

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with post qualification experience within the insurance sector, preferably broking, MGA or Underwriting businesses. You will need international business experience and excellent interpersonal skills. You will need good analytical skills and project management skills.
